MAINTENANCE OF THE NATIONAL ACCESS POINT

We are pleased to inform you that we have selected a contractor who will be responsible for the further development and maintenance of the National Access Point. Thanks to the execution of the order, the NAP service will operate without interruptions as a key, nationwide point for road data exchange, supporting road managers, media, services, and travel information providers. Key traffic information will continue to reach where it is most needed – quickly, reliably, and in a uniform format – DATEX II.

In terms of the development of the NAP system, it is planned, among other things, to:
• add a new range of data (static and dynamic) ensuring compliance with the European Parliament and Council Directive (EU) 2023/2661,
• expand the disruptions dictionary to the full range compliant with DATEX 3.4,
• add a component dedicated to managing metadata available in the NAP,
• make modifications including optimization in terms of registration and login to the NAP system.
